Which varieties make the Fundus Coupage wine
The Fundus Coupage is made with an 63% Tempranillo, an 19% Cabernet Sauvignon and an 18% Merlot.
The Tempranillo variety, also known as early grape, provides pigments and a fruity acidity. It also has notes of red fruits and licorice.
On the other hand, it should be noted, the balance of alcohol and acidity provided by the highly praised Cabernet Sauvignon. This grape produces intense, aromatic wines with a defined personality.
Finally, we can appreciate the Merlot, a grape of high quality, softness, fleshiness and perfume of violets.

The Fundus coupage wine has been fermented in the classic way in stainless steel tanks. Later it has been aged in oak barrels for six months.
